OUMAN automation products control the energy consumption of properties and play a key role in developing our energy system towards a carbon-neutral future.

We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER, DIGITAL SERVICES, to join our R&D team.

You will be part of our R&D department, which consists of 38 professionals focused on developing services typically used in HVAC applications in residential buildings. You have experience and are further interested in developing digital services running in cloud and servers. With your good interpersonal skills and a team player attitude you will fit our crew nicely. Like the rest of us, you have a curious mind and a constant desire to learn new things and better ways of creating new solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Leading new digital services development all the way from the requirements definition to production release
• Leading existing services maintenance with DevSecOps approach
• Taking care of the internal stakeholder cooperation (project management, IT, dev team)

Key qualifications

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. engineering education
• 4+ years’ work experience in relevant industry
• We appreciate experience in digital service architectures
• Well organized, professional and positive approach, self-motivated
• Fluency in English and Finnish is mandatory, Swedish is considered a plus
• Formal project management certification is considered a plus
• Building automation experience is considered a plus
